Affiliate Marketing Might Not Be For Everyone

Affiliate marketing might not be for everyone BUT it might be for you. Read this and consider.

First, if you don't know what affiliate marketing is, it means that you have a right to sell someone else's product and you receive a fat commission. Or, you could be the creator of a ebook and give others a commission.

You may be in a business where this will not help you at all but it could be that it will help you a great deal. Thus, affiliate marketing might not be for you. What do I mean by that?

If you are in the restaurant business you could offer to sell an ebook that has great recipes in it. You can also get your customer's email address. (Email marketing is another topic that we'll get into later.) This ebook could be yours or an affiliate, in which you get a commission.

If you are into the health and fitness business, you'll have a greater need to use affiliate products – simply because there are more books/ebooks written on the topic.

If you go to ClickBank.com, for example, you'll find literally, thousands of products you can be an affiliate of – most, of which, are ebooks. But you get anywhere from 50% to 70% commission on them. And, depending on the program, you could get re-occurring commissions. Not bad for simply signing up as an affiliate!

An image of the book along with a description on your website can bring in additional revenue. Of course, you should only offer books that are related to your business.

There is so much more to say on this topic that will have to be left for later. But it's well worth your research in reading to how how affiliate products can help your business.
