There is one sure way to get more customers and that is you've got to stand out in some way. Do you? Have a couple strangers to come in ask what they think.

Look at your service and how does that compare to others.

Look at the products you sell and the price.

Do you go that extra mile to help your customers?

If you want to know how your place could look better, go to your competitors and see how their shop looks like.

The things that you sell, can they be sold on the internet? You might want to offer your products there.

How is your internet presence? Can people find you. Are you located beyond page 2 of Google when people type in your business and town? If you do, you are losing customers.
